Libra Technology Ltd is a new state of the art business set up to specifically use the latest high speed computerised placements machinery. The business has been designed around the MYDATA MY100DX pick and place machine. It brings the benefits of High Speed, High tolerance placements including component test and automatic rejection of out of limit devices. We aim to offer a highly competitive, fast, economical board production service.
Libra’s creation was brought about by the requirements of Interface Manufacturing to modernise its current surface mount machinery. The opportunity has been taken to form a new limited company that can invest in the very latest state of the art board production equipment. We are able to offer our services to industries to help produce the most cost effective component placement and board manufacturer currently available.
Our investment in the Mydata DX100 and Dek solder printing technology allows rapid prototyping and full on production. Backed up by a skilled team of hand placement and test engineers to offer a full product production service.
All relevant legislation is taken into account and strictly adhered to. Lead free solder is used in all of our processes. Components are tested for tolerance as they are picked and rejected before they are placed if out of limits.
Our machines are brand new and receive the full maintenance backing service from the manufacturers to ensure continuous production.
